HR Summer School: The Back-to-Basic Series

The Delaware Employment Law Blog will be posting a series of articles on the fundamentals of employment law. The Back-to-Basic Series is intended to be a refresher course of sorts for employers and human resource professionals on the topics and laws that generate the most questions from clients and seminar attendees. 
Think of it like summer reading, only better.
